Ambassadors Institute (P.C.T.) Patient Care Technician 10-week Program is a total of 175 hours. The session is held Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

This program consists of

• 10-week program
• small class size: 8 Students per session
• 3.5 weeks of Advanced Nursing Skills, (3) three weeks of Phlebotomy Techniques, 2.5 weeks of Electrogram (EKG), and (2) two days (8 hours) of clinical practicum.
• Negative COVID-19 Test 3 days (72 hours) before the first day of Class and Clinical
• You must always wear a KN95 mask. (as required)
• This program teaches students the skills necessary to sit for the National Certification Exam through the National Healthcareer Association (N.H.A.)

Tuition Refund
Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three
(3) Business days, excluding weekends and holidays, submitting the enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, excluding the $35.00 non-refundable registration fee.
If you are a No Call – No Show (NCNS) on the first day of class or once you start class and drop: (Day 1, 2, or 3) NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT OR OF YOUR BALANCE IF YOU PAID. We will hold your deposit for 45 days should you desire to return to a new session. After 45 days, your deposit is forfeited. After paying the tuition in full and unforeseen circumstances prevent the student from starting a session, they will be allowed to extend their enrollment to another session for up to 90 days without penalty. The student must provide validated proof of the circumstance to extend their tuition for 90 days. After 90 days, the tuition is forfeited.

**Deposits and or Balances are Non-transferable to another program.** PayPal fees or any other fees are non-refundable.
